Port of artemis-framework to typescript. ArtemisTS requires TypeScript >= 1.5

Example uses PIXI 3.0.7

Build

$ git clone https://github.com/darkoverlordofdata/artemists
$ cd artemists
$ npm install
$ tools/configure
$ npm run build
$ npm test

Artemis port complete. Current phase: burn-in typedoc
